BLITZIT BILLING POLICIES

Welcome to Blitzit. - Below please find our standard billing policies. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at support@blitzit.com, or call us directly at 855-BLITZIT. We'd be happy to answer any questions or walk you through any of our billing policies or procedures.

Your Blitzit billing date

Your Blitzit billing cycle begins on the first day that you sign up with Blitzit. This is considered your "anniversary/sign-up" date, and your account will automatically be charged on this date each month.

For example: If you sign up for the standard Blitzit service ($40) on June 17th, your account will immediately be charged $40 for that month. Your account will then be charged $40 on July 17th for the following month's service, and so forth on the 17th of each subsequent month.

Purchasing additional blitzs

Your business is given the opportunity to blitz 30 great deals each month. However, if you find that is not enough, you are free to purchase an additional Blitz Bundle (30 blitzs for $40) at any time.

For example: As a restaurant owner, you decide you want to offer a lunch blitz and a dinner blitz in one day, for several days. Or, as a retailer you decide that every other day this month, you are going to blitz two to three amazing deals. If you have used up all of your 30 blitzs, but you'd like to continue offering deals for the remainder of the month, you can simply go to blitzit.com and purchase another 30 blitzs for $40.

Blitzit expiration dates

All remaining blitzs expire at the end of your billing month – no exceptions. This means that any of the original 30 blitzs that are unused will expire. Likewise, if you purchased additional blitzs during the month, any unused ones will expire. Each month you will receive 30 new blitzs for the month – there are absolutely no "rollovers" of any unused blitzs from the previous month.

Upgrading your Blitzit account.

You may upgrade your package at any time to add the Featured Blitz option (additional $20/month), the Business Spotlight option (additional $30/month), or the Ultimate Blitzit Package ($80/month total for all three services). Your account will be charged immediately for the full amount of the upgraded service. You will also have the option of waiting until the next billing cycle to add your upgrade.

For example: Let's say you signed up for the basic $40/month service on June 17, and you decide on June 24th that you'd like to add on the Featured Blitz option (additional $20/month) for a total of $60 per month. If you request an immediate upgrade, your account will be charged an additional $20 right away -- the upgrade will not be prorated based on the date. You then will be charged $60 on July 17th, the beginning of your next month. You have the option to wait until your next full month begins before activating your upgrade.

Canceling an added feature.

You may opt out and cancel the Featured Blitz, Business Spotlight, or Ultimate Blitzit Package options. Any cancellations will become effective at the end of your billing month, and will be reflected on the following month's bill.

For example: Let's say that on your Blitzit start date of June 17th, you signed up for the Ultimate Package ($80/month). If you decide on June 24th that you'd like to cancel the Ulitmate package and downgrade to the standard Blitzit service ($40/month), these changes will not be reflected until the beginning of your next billing month (July 17th in this case).

Canceling your account

We hope you never want to cancel your Blitzit service! However, Blitzit charges you on a month-to-month basis – which means that you are free to cancel your account with us at any time. Your cancellation will not become effective until the beginning of your next billing month.

The only exception to this rule applies to businesses that take advantage of one of the following Blitzit sign-up offers: If you sign-up and pay for six months upfront, you will receive your seventh Blitzit month free of charge. If you sign up for a full year upfront, you will receive two months of free Blitzit services – 14 months of Blitzit total. If your business signed up for one of these two special deals, you have made a longer-term commitment and no cancellations will be allowed until the timeframe specified has been met.

Re-instating your account.

If you decide you'd like to become a Blitzit business again (which we hope you do!), simply sign-in and establish a new Blitzit "anniversary/sign-up" date. No fees associated with your previous account will be transferred to your new account, nor will any remaining blitzs be rolled over.
